1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website aibepass.in and the Android application AIBE Pass (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Global Web Technologics ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What AIBE Pass is — and is not

AIBE Pass is an independent exam-preparation platform for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE): practice MCQs, bare acts, mock tests and previous-year questions in English and Hindi.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Bar Council of India (BCI). Exam dates, syllabus, pattern and eligibility are set by the BCI; please check the official BCI/AIBE website for authoritative information.

The Service is for study and practice only. It is not legal advice and does not create any lawyer–client relationship. Bare-act text and explanations are provided for learning; although we take care to keep them accurate, they may contain errors or become outdated, and you should verify against the official gazette or an authoritative source before relying on them.

We do not guarantee that you will pass the examination, achieve any score or rank, or obtain any particular result. Your outcome depends on your own effort and preparation.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the paid features. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate registration details (name, email address and phone number) and to keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Your account is personal to you: you must not share it, sell it, or allow others to use your Pro access. Tell us immediately at support@aibepass.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Service has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Free plan gives limited access (10 MCQs and 5 bare-act sections per subject) so you can evaluate the Service. Pro unlocks the full content library — currently 4,900+ MCQs, 6,429 bare-act sections, 13 mock tests and AIBE III–XXI previous-year questions — together with related features.

Pro is a one-time payment for a single exam cycle, not a subscription. Your Pro access for AIBE XXII is valid until 31 December 2026. If the Bar Council of India postpones the exam, we will extend your access accordingly. Nothing renews automatically and you will not be billed again.

Content, features and counts change as we add, correct or reorganise material. We may add or remove individual items without notice, provided the Pro plan as a whole is not materially reduced during your access period.

5. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the checkout page and in the app, and the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged. Promotional prices such as an early-bird price apply only until the end date shown and may change or end at any time without affecting purchases already completed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Paytm). We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your use of a gateway is also subject to its own terms. Pro access is activated once the gateway confirms your payment; if you were charged and access is not activated, write to us with your payment ID and we will resolve it.

Discount coupons and referral rewards are promotional, have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be limited in use or validity. We may withdraw or void coupons and rewards obtained through misuse, self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse.

6. No refunds and no cancellation

All purchases are final. Because Pro content is digital and available to you immediately, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once a payment has been completed and Pro access has been activated — including if you change your mind, do not appear for or do not pass the exam, or no longer need the Service. You are encouraged to try the Free plan before you buy.

7. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your own non-commercial exam preparation.

All content and software in the Service — including questions, answer explanations, notes, mock tests, translations, compilations of bare-act text, design, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Underlying government texts remain in the public domain, but our selection, arrangement, translation and original material are ours.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl, download in bulk, or systematically extract content, including by bots, scripts or automated tools;
• reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, share or distribute content — in whole or in part, in print, digital, messaging groups or social media — or use it to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model;
• share your account or Pro access with others, or attempt to bypass free-plan limits, payment or access controls;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service, its security or its availability, or introduce malware;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud or harm others; or
• misrepresent your identity, create fake or duplicate accounts, or abuse the referral or coupon programme.

8. Third-party services and availability

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, payment gateways, email and sign-in services such as Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for their acts or outages. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided without any promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — for example for maintenance, updates or legal reasons.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, share your account, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@aibepass.in; deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any exam result, mark or outcome.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects any statutory consumer right that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example on the website or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

16. Grievance redressal and contact

If you have a complaint, question or concern about the Service, a payment, content or these Terms, write to our Grievance Officer at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it. Please include your registered email address and, for payment issues, your payment/order ID.
