Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Summary

All purchases on AIBE Pass are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is completed and Pro access has been activated.

This policy applies to every purchase made through the AIBE Pass website (aibepass.in), the checkout page and the Android app, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by Global Web Technologics.

2. Why purchases are final

Pro gives you immediate access to a digital content library (MCQs, bare acts, mock tests and previous-year questions). Once access is activated the content is delivered and cannot be "returned". For this reason we do not accept requests for a refund, cancellation, exchange or transfer — including where you:

• change your mind or no longer wish to use the Service;
• do not appear for, or do not pass, the AIBE examination;
• find the content is not what you expected (please use the Free plan to evaluate the Service before you buy);
• purchased by mistake, or for the wrong exam cycle or account; or
• are unable to use the Service because of your own device, network or account settings.

3. Cancellation

Pro is a one-time payment for a single exam cycle (valid until 31 December 2026). It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. You will not be billed again unless you choose to buy again.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

This policy does not affect the reversal of money that was debited but did not result in a purchase:

• Payment failed but your account was debited: the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway to your original payment method, within the timelines of the bank/gateway.
• Payment succeeded but Pro was not activated: write to us with your payment ID and we will activate your access or resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same order: write to us with the payment IDs and we will have the duplicate charge reversed to the original payment method.

5. If the exam date changes

If the Bar Council of India postpones AIBE XXII, your Pro access will be extended accordingly. A change of exam date is not a ground for a refund.

6. Coupons and referral rewards

Coupons and referral rewards have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable for money. If an order is reversed, any coupon used on it is not reinstated.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Questions and grievances

For payment problems or any question about this policy, contact us with your registered email address and payment/order ID. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.
