Our story

About AIBE Pass

Built for law graduates who want a focused, honest, affordable way to clear the Bar Council of India enrollment exam.

Why we built this

AIBE is not a difficult exam — it is an open-book exam, and the BCI has published the exact syllabus with question counts per subject. Despite that, thousands of law graduates spend money on generic coaching apps, thick guides that cover far more than the exam requires, or nothing at all and go in underprepared.

AIBE Pass was built to close that gap. We took the official 19-subject, 100-question syllabus, gathered every relevant bare act section, built every MCQ with a section citation and explanation, and designed the mock tests to exactly mirror the real exam — same question count, same time limit, same open-book format.

Nothing is padded. No video lectures you won't use. No leaderboard. No gamification. Just the content the exam actually tests, organised the way the exam actually works.

What we stand for

01
BCI syllabus first, always

Every MCQ, every bare act section, every mock test is scoped to what BCI has actually said will appear. We do not add subjects "just in case."

02
No unverified MCQs

Every question goes through admin review before it appears in the app. Status must be explicitly set to "published" — there is no auto-publish. If a correct answer is disputed, the question is pulled and fixed.

03
Hindi is not optional

Every MCQ has both English and Hindi — question, all four options, and the explanation. 98% of bare act sections have Hindi translations. We treat Hindi as a first-class language, not an afterthought.

04
Affordable by design

₹999 for a full exam cycle. Early bird ₹699. One payment. No monthly subscription that keeps billing after you pass. If you can't afford it right now, the free plan is genuinely useful — not a nag screen.

05
New law, clearly explained

BNS 2023, BNSS 2023, and BSA 2023 are not just listed alongside their predecessors — we show cross-references, explain what changed, and tag questions that test the transition. AIBE XXII will test both old and new.

A note on content accuracy

We source all bare act text from publicly available government sources — Ministry of Law and Justice, India Code (indiacode.nic.in), and official Gazette extracts. Section numbering follows the printed act, not secondary sources.

MCQ explanations cite the specific section, article, or rule being tested. If you find an error — a wrong answer key, a misquoted section, an outdated provision — write to us at support@aibepass.in and we will review and fix it within 48 hours.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bar Council of India. "AIBE Pass" is an independent educational product.
